do any of you actually believe in any religion? religion has always been, to me, an unnecessary thing that most people only truly turn to when they're shit out of luck.

well then that last part is the important part. people that think that we should follow the bible completely are the people i have a problem with. a what... 1900 year old book with even older parts to it is something that should guide us in every day life? eating shellfish condemns you to hell as well as having sex with another man, but we chose to make the having sex with a man rule the one to follow instead. both were apparently divinely inspired, so why do people eat shellfish?
the people that follow the bible and use it to better themselves and who don't go overboard are the people that i think are doing it right

I am also catholic and believe in god and stuff, but it also pisses me off when people follow it 100%, does anyone remember that guy that came to the park with his jesus coins, keep your religion to yourself

yea paul i hate that... everytime i think of this stuff i think of doc tardiff. IMO he had the best views on everything except meat consumption, be he even brought up valid points against that. People like you were talking about are christian fundamentalists like the westboro baptist church. f**k those people
